Vira is an artificial intelligence model that recognizes a shopper about to abandon their cart before they leave the page.

Vira estimates abandonment risk from the shopper’s behavior during the session and, where needed, determines the most suitable offer at that moment. Because Vira runs close to the user (at the edge), it makes its decisions without connecting to cloud servers. The aim is to recover the sale while avoiding unnecessary discounts and protecting profitability.

Vira makes the following decisions based on abandonment risk
Situation	Vira’s decision
Low abandonment risk	Shows no offer. Shoppers likely to complete the purchase are not offered a discount.
Medium risk, cart close to the free-shipping threshold	Suggests free shipping or a complementary product.
High risk	Selects the lowest-cost offer that protects profitability: a bundle, shipping or a capped discount.

Decision rules are configured for each store. The store sets the maximum offer.
